This combination kitchen/family room is for a married couple with a baby on the way. They wanted a sectional with enough floor space for the new baby to play on.  The client got rid of their existing furniture with the exception of the dining table and end tables.  In the dining area a mix of two dining chair styles were used to add interest.  Removeable custom seat cushions were made for the dining chairs.  New paint and window treatments were added to complete the room.  The comfortable sectional was upholstered in a "baby-proof" washable microfiber fabric.  The ottoman serves as a cocktail table and is covered in leather with an ostrich texture.  A rug brings additional colors to the room.
