Before, the great room and hallway were one neutral color.

After... A new rug brings in rich colors of burgundy, rusty red, orange, and taupe.  The rusty red is inspiration for the wall color.  Loft spaces can be challenging to paint since one wall tends to extend from room to room.  Fortunately this great room space had a column on the back wall which provided a natural separation between the living space and the kitchen/dining area.

The accent wall in the living area, the fireplace on the opposite wall, and the kitchen backsplash (not shown) are painted in Benjamin Moore's Country Lane #2088-20.  The remaining walls and hallway are painted in Benjamin Moore's Yorkshire Tan #HC-23.

Before...The master bedroom was painted light gold and cream.

After...The wall behind the bed, to the right of the bed, the column and wall that wraps around leading to the master bath are painted in Benjamin Moore's Blue Ridge Mountains #1043.  The remaining walls are in a golden color, Benjamin Moore's Honey Oak #257.
